- 1/2 Cup of Oatmeal (old fashion rolled oats)
- 4 Strawberries
- 1 Medium banana
- 1/3 Cup of 2% Milk
Instructions:
- Measure 1/2 Cup of Oatmeal put in bowl.
- Add small amount of water and place in the microwave for 2 minutes
- Slice strawberries and bananas
- Pour 1/3 cup of 2% milk
