Hello everyone! I finally made this available to everyone. This is just the beginning. More content will be added. Healthy Food, Mind and Body - Be it, do it and live it!

Be it - Whatever it is. Walk the walk or fake it until you make it. Be the best you can be and more because you know your better than that! Right???

Do it - Go for it! what are you waiting for? Today is now tomorrow- don't wait until another tomorrow do it today! Take time out and write down your goals. Do you want to start eating better, working out and have some balance in your life? Have you been wanting to take a class, try something new or do something that you haven't done in years? Do more than think about it, go for it. Make the phone call, stop by the place and make it happen.

Live it- Present time is a present. It's a gift we just need to remind ourselves that this moment in time is where its at. Slow your roll and see the people around you. Be a good listener and tune others out...lol. Is your life hectic and crazy? Are you angry, sad, scared, hurt, ______fill in the blank. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Focus on the things you do have. Maybe your family, health, friends...the barking dog next door. LOL You get back what you give out. Take time out and smile while you are in public today. Greet others with a smile and mean it. See if you can feel the energy that comes back to you. TRY IT!!!! :) ---JSO
